Earlier this year, I had the opportunity to support the team at Lola Vision Systems as they prepared to raise capital for one of the most compelling technical missions I’ve seen in a long time.

When I came on board as a product and strategy consultant, the goal was clear:

Tighten the vision.
Translate the depth of what they were building into something investors could feel—not just fund.

I worked closely with the team to clarify go-to-market, refine their deck, and position Lola’s technology in a way that balanced ambition with precision. Because when you’re building deep tech for high-stakes environments, how you frame the mission matters as much as what you’re building.
